These terms cover your use of the Indianapolis Industrial League website. By using the site or holding an account on it, you agree to them.
These are terms for the website. The league's playing rules — scoring, NTRP slot ceilings, playoff format — are a separate document, published at Rules & Guidelines.
You agree not to:
You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to it. Captains and league officials hold additional privileges — publishing lineups, entering scores, managing rosters — and are expected to use them only for their own team or role. We may suspend or remove an account that is being misused.
Schedules, availability, lineups, scores, standings and playoff brackets are entered by captains and league officials, and they can be wrong or out of date. The site is a convenience, not the official record: where the site and the league's own determination disagree, the league's determination governs. Match results and standings may be corrected after publication, and a correction can change standings and playoff seeding.
We make no promise that the site will be available at any particular time. It may be unavailable for maintenance, or because a hosting provider is down. Do not rely on it as the only way to reach your team about a match.
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the league and its volunteers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, or for any missed match, missed message, or lost data.
The league is run by volunteers. Tennis carries a risk of injury, and playing in the league is at your own risk; nothing on this site changes that.
League content on this site — articles, announcements, rules, results and branding — belongs to the Indianapolis Industrial League. You may read and share it for league purposes. Anything you submit remains yours, and you give the league permission to display it on the site as part of running the league.
How we handle your information, and the terms of the optional text message program, are set out in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms; the current version is always the one on this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
